What to expect:

• Preliminary Inspection
• A walk-through inspection is done of the area to be serviced.  High volume and problem areas are identified.
• Pre-treatment
• Problem areas such as pet urine and stains are pre-treated
• Application
• Carpets are sprayed with solution to loosen and dissolve dirt
• Raking
• Stubborn areas are addressed with raking to further loosen heavy soil
• Extract and Rinse
• AquaSteamer’s state-of-the-art truck-mounted hot water extraction system works to thoroughly clean and freshen your carpet leaving no cleaning residue behind.  Pressure and heat are regulated to prevent your carpet from becoming saturated.  Drying times vary but average 2-6 hours.
• Post Treatment
• Spots that are not completely removed are re-treated and cleaned*
• DuPont Fiber Seal Protection is applied to protect your carpet and help to prevent future staining**
• Final Inspection
• The owner will complete and walk-through inspection with you to ensure you are 100% satisfied
