Our process is safe and dries within 1-2 hours.  We combine high pressure rinse with our cleaners to penetrate deeply into the porous surfaces of your tile and grout, removing soil and other contaminants to restore it to its original color and beauty.  No cleaning residue is left behind.  The pin-point accuracy of our equipment ensures no surrounding walls; cabinets and carpeting will be touched.  Our products are safe and pet friendly. 

What to expect:

• Preliminary Inspection
• A walk-through inspection is done of the area to be serviced.  High volume and problem areas are identified.
• Application
• Tile and Grout areas are sprayed with solution to loosen and dissolve dirt
• Extract and Rinse
• AquaSteamer’s state-of-the-art truck-mounted hot water extraction system works to thoroughly clean your tile and grout leaving no cleaning residue behind.  Pressure and heat are regulated to prevent your tile and grout from becoming damaged.  Drying times vary but average 1-2 hours.
• Post Treatment
• Spots that are not completely removed are re-treated and cleaned*
• Final Inspection
• The owner will complete a walk-through inspection with you to ensure you are 100% satisfied

*While every effort will be made to remove stains some may be permanent.  The owner will discuss this with you during the preliminary inspection.
